About iqtax
More than one in two people in Switzerland find doing their tax return a chore (56 %, representative YouGov survey 2026). It takes hours every year and often leaves the feeling of having missed deductions. iqtax is the AI-powered digital tax return for Switzerland and the first with a direct interface to the canton. You complete your tax return online in a few steps: answer the onboarding questions, upload your documents, and the AI reads everything, finds the maximum deductions and then creates your finished tax return. Optionally, an eidg. dipl. Treuhandexperte (Swiss certified fiduciary expert) reviews it before it is submitted directly to the tax office with one click.
Our goal: We bring tax knowledge closer to people in Switzerland and simplify the entire process, so everyone can complete their tax return with confidence and without forgetting anything. Afterwards, we show you how to optimise your taxes in the long term and improve your financial situation.
We have been live in the canton of Zurich since March 2026, and hundreds of people have already successfully submitted their tax return with iqtax. We are also currently running a pilot project with PostFinance in the canton of Zurich.
Now we are scaling: more cantons will follow from 2027, and step by step we are bringing iqtax to all of Switzerland. For this, we need you. Behind iqtax is a small team around founder Arbnor Jashari, eidg. dipl. Treuhandexperte. You work close to every topic and also take on tasks from content and operations.
Your role
You make tax understandable on social media, a topic that affects everyone and that hardly anyone explains well. You work like a content creator: idea, script, shoot, edit and posting are in your hands, and you appear on camera yourself. You help build our channels and see directly what your content achieves.
Your tasks
Focus Social Media:
- You build and regularly run our channels on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- You develop formats on deductions, deadlines and common mistakes, and show everyday life in the team.
- You plan content along the tax year, with a focus on the weeks before the filing deadline.
- You reply to comments, messages and customer requests on our channels.
- You coordinate collaborations with creators, from first contact to briefing.
- You analyse what works and derive the next content from it.
In addition:
- You take on Founders Associate tasks, for example customer support during tax season.
- You turn guides and checklists into visual content for social media.
Paid social is not part of your role. If you want, you can learn it from our Head of Growth, who runs the campaigns.
What you bring
- Your own experience as a creator or running social media for a brand, with examples you can show us
- You feel comfortable on camera
- You edit videos yourself, for example with CapCut
- A feel for hooks, captions and trends on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Training or a degree in communications, marketing, business or similar
- Entry level or up to 2 years of experience
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Experience with AI tools, Canva or Figma
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of tax or fiduciary work
- French skills
- Swiss German on camera

Our employees can only view your data if you request one-to-one support as part of the expert tax return service and give us your consent to do so. Yes, you can delete your data yourself at any time in the app's profile settings. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.
If you are self-employed and run a sole proprietorship, you currently cannot file your tax return via iqtax. In this case, we recommend our Expert Tax Return service. Our tax professionals will handle your return and provide individual guidance.
Zurich is the first integrated canton. Additional cantons be connected gradually throughout 2026. Nationwide coverage across Switzerland is planned within the next 1–2 tax periods.
